Business and entrepreneurial program
DOING BUSINESS God’s way
The JBS Business and Entrepreneurship Program will teach you how to apply biblical principles to manage your business effectively. With our hands-on, real-time application approach, you will explore what entrepreneurship truly means as
you participate in individualized research and development of your own business ideas inside and outside of the classroom. Guest speakers and field trips let you see successful entrepreneurs and businesses in operation.
DEVELOP YOUR Comprehensive
Business plan
Unlike many others, at the completion of our Business and Entrepreneurship Program, you will have a completed, comprehensive business plan—curated by you—that includes the necessary information for your business.
Your personalized business plan is developed from in-class exercises and homework assignments that analyze business opportunities and their feasibility. Additionally, you will study a targeted market and develop a plan to market your
product or service, review various legal business structures to choose the one that best suits your business, and develop a financial plan to achieve profitability.

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO
The next level
If you are a business owner who is ready to take your business to new heights, the Joseph Business School Executive Accelerator Program (EAP) will help you take flight.
EAP is a six-week program designed to provide established entrepreneurs opportunities to learn how to accelerate and position their businesses to dominate the marketplace and transform communities. Through interactive learning and
peer perspective, participants will gain a growth plan toolkit designed to take their businesses to the next level, equipping them as strategic leaders and producing new solutions to the challenges faced by today’s society.
EAP gives leaders, executives, and teams at the highest levels of an organization the experiences, tools, and resources needed to break through personal barriers, transform thinking, and approach top-of-mind issues with a Kingdom perspective.

ACCELERATOR STORIES FROM EAP ALUMNI
“I took the JBS Executive Accelerator Program to grow our business and increase our revenue stream. A few takeaways I learned in the program are how organization skills are important to growth and how to implement them, how to develop a growth
plan, and how to increase mental capacity through biblical meditation. The program has been a great success for our company. Since the program, our company won several contracts and the total value of the contacts will exceed $5 million.”
Dexter Meyers | EAP Graduate 2020
“My company has received its CAGE Code to bid on projects with the federal government, my company received the $10,000 for small businesses, and my company was approved to bid on state of Illinois procurement.”
Tara Parker | EAP Graduate 2020
“JBS/EAP increased my belief system to know that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. Don’t back down but step forward because you possess indispensable skills and undeniable value.”
